HOW TO FIND THE PERFECT NATURAL & ORGANIC EYE CREAM - WHAT INGREDIENTS TO LOOK FOR?

What ingredients are the most effective in natural eye creams? How to choose effective natural & organic eye cream for under eye puffiness, dark circles, wrinkles and redness?

UNDER EYE PUFFINESS

Under eye bags is caused by accumulation of fluids in the skin tissue. It’s crucial to understand what is causing the puffiness under eyes and then find the solution for it. The puffiness can be caused by for example bad nutrition habits, aging or allergies. Skincare products and natural eye creams are effective fighting against under eye puffiness, but in some cases a change of lifestyle or eating habits are necessary.

Aging causes puffiness

The skin under the eyes begin to sag while we age. The fat that used to be around the eyes, can move downward and accumulate under the eyes. That’s completely normal and there are many effective natural eye creams on the market to reduce this phenomenon.

Allergies can result in under eye bags

If your eyes are watery, itchy and inflamed you can suffer from allergies. Constant rubbing of the eyes can lead to under eye puffiness and increase the problem. The solution for this is to manage the cause of the symptoms rather than trying to soothe your eyes with products. Anyhow, there are many natural ingredients which helps to reduce irritation such as aloe vera and cold cucumber.

Bad nutrition and lifestyle habits cause under eye puffiness

It’s commonly known that salty food can cause major fluid retention in the body. Especially when you eat salty food like chips just before sleeping, it’s almost certain you have swollen under eye bags in the morning. The swelling is noticeable in other body parts also, such as legs and hips. Try reducing your salt intake if you suffer from puffiness under eyes. Other bad lifestyle habits you should consider dumping is smoking. Smoking can cause dehydration of the skin and major eye irritation as well which leads to sagging under eyes.

Best natural ingredients for puffiness and under eye bags

Natural eye creams contains only fully natural ingredients and there are many effective compounds to fight saggy eyes. It’s important to find products that reduce inflammation, constrict the blood vessels to reduce fluid buildup, soothe irritated skin, and simulate proper circulation. Choose a product that can be stored in a fridge as the cold tends to reduce swelling. You can also add a cold jade or quartz roller or cold spoon into your natural skincare routine because they work as well. The best all natural ingredients to look for in your natural eye cream to reduce bags under eyes are:

Caffeine

Caffeine simulates the proper circulation under eyes.

Cold cucumber

Cucumber moisturizes and reduces inflammation.

Witch hazel water

Witch hazel water is a astringent so it helps to constrict the blood vessels and reduce puffiness.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera helps to soothe irritated skin and reduce redness.

DARK CIRCLES

Dark circles are very common problem for many of people. The skin under the eye is very thin so the blood vessels under the skin tend to become more visible. This causes the dark circles under the eyes. There are many reasons what might cause dark circles. One of them is aging. Due to aging, the under eye skin becomes even thinner and the skin loses its elasticity. Also poor circulation can cause the blood to accumulate under the eye. Blood accumulation or blood vessel visibility causes the bluish color under the eyes. If your under eye skin has a brownish color, you might suffer from hyperpigmentation. It’s crucial to identify which problem you have, so you could find the perfect natural eye cream for your purposes.

Dark circles can be in your genetics

It might be the case that your dark circles are in your genes. Your facial bone structure can be ideal for dark circles to appear. For example sunken or deeply set eyes tend to cast a natural shadow under the eyes which cause the circles appear darker. In addition, excessive melanin production can be hereditary, which can cause darker colored skin under the eyes. In these cases, it’s important to look for brightening ingredients in your natural eye cream product.

Not enough sleep is the most certain reason to get dark circles

Lack of sleep plays a huge role when thinking the causes of dark circles. Poor sleep creates a dark color under the eyes, because it causes the blood vessels under the eyes to dilate, expand, and become more prominent. Get your sleep together and get in bed early!

Your diet habits can lead to dark circles

You look what you eat. Bad nutrition has a huge effect on your skin in general. You should avoid food that causes dehydration. These kinds of foods are for example caffeine, sugar, alcohol and salt. Dehydration can make the veins more visible under the thin under eye skin leading to dark circles. Skin under eyes suffers from moisture loss more than skin elsewhere in the body. If you want to get rid of dark circles, you should quit smoking – now.

Dark circles are inevitable as we age

Aging is a major cause to dark circles. When aging, the skin under the eyes becomes even thinner, it loses its elasticity and its ability to retain moisture deteriorates. All of these make the blood vessels under the skin more apparent.

Allergies can cause dark tones appear under the eyes

If you rub your eyes constantly, blood vessels around you eyes can swell and become more visible under the skin, which leads to dark circles. Also inflamed sinuses and nasal congestion is a symptom of allergy.

EYE WRINKLES

As you age, your skin loses some of its elasticity. There isn’t a specific age when your skin starts to get wrinkles, but some of the environmental factors play a huge role in how early wrinkles starts to show around the eyes. Even though having wrinkles and fine lines around the eyes is normal while we age, there are many preventive methods and home remedies to address them.

Aging is the most common reason to get wrinkles

As we age, our skin loses its elasticity and the skin becomes more thinner. The skin also loses its ability to store hydration. All of these actions causes wrinkles around the eyes. The look of an youthful skin is a merit of two components: collagen and elastin. Collagen is a protein that provides structure to eyes and keeps the skin firm. Elastin provides elasticity. Weakened elastin diminishes the skin’s ability to “spring back” from a wrinkled state to a smooth state as quickly or effectively. ). Production of collagen weakens 1% every year after the age of 20. This causes the skin to lose some firmness over time. Also, we produce less elastin, natural oils, and other key skin nutrients as we age. The most crucial thing to prevent wrinkles with a natural eye cream, is to use a cream that is packed with the most effective ingredients (which you can read more below).

Sun and UV damage causes wrinkles around the eyes – even for young people

Even though sunbathing is so relaxing, it’s the most certain way to get wrinkles. UV rays are number one enemy for youthful skin. UVA rays can cause damage to the underlying skin cells. This damage eventually shows up in the form of wrinkles, sagging skin, and other premature aging signs. You can prevent from this to happening by wearing sunglasses and using sunscreen. The most certain way of preventing wrinkles caused by sun, is to avoid sun exposure altogether. Effective ingredients to look in natural eye creams are heavy antioxidants which can help to minimize if not reverse the damage caused by the sun.

You can’t avoid wrinkles caused by smile lines and other facial expressions

Sad but true, habitual facial gestures can create permanent lines over time. Poor vision or heavy smiles are things you can’t avoid and therefore prevent the wrinkles.

Peptides have a lifting effect which stretches skin and improves skin firmness, making it effective ingredient for preventing wrinkles around the eyes.
